When I was driving my van from Seattle, got a Check Engine warning light when I was near Eugene. I found this Action Auto in google map and dropped there. Mechanic gave an initial estimate of 60 dollar to check the code. He hooked up his wires to my van. I dont know what he did, but warning light disappeared. He called in about one hour and gave my van back. And he did not charge me anything (totally free of cost, not even the initial estimate for 60 dollar). He could have easily charged 100 dollars plus.

Recommend. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Also, the owner has amazing people skills. He made me feel more like a friend and built rapport with me. I felt confident having them work on my car. The recommendation I got from my sister In law was very accurate!

Brian and Roma at Action automotive have been very helpful whenever I have had trouble with my car. I recently bought a used Mini Cooper and I feel like I can trust their staff in their expertise and giving me a fair quote. They usually pick me up and drop me off at work. Recently they even picked up my dog with me. They have been able to get my car done the same day a few times now. I am very impressed by the speed, professionalism, and warmth of their customer service. Highly recommended!
