Came here today with pontiac sunfire issues and was blown away by the friendly & speedy service. The price was very reasonable, actually wayy cheaper (and days quicker) than what I was rudely/snobbishly quoted over at Shelby's on the phone for some electrical problems, (where I was headed until I did a little more research online). Very glad I did! This company even gave me a ride to and from my home to pick up my car, which I think was awesome of them to offer. All of the issues were resolved in a few hours and my car works great again for approx $150 total. Their employees know what they're doing. I'm beyond satisfied with the entire experience and I will be back here with any more car issues in the future. Finally found a place in Eugene I can trust with my car. Thank you for the pleasant experience!

Great shop. The price they charged was less than what was quoted and the job was finished earlier than quoted as well. My band travels around a lot and have to get a lot of repairs in shops that we know nothing about so it was great to go to a shop with honest and friendly mechanics. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs quick and efficient work done. 2001 Ford E-350 / 7.3L Diesel - Vacuum Pump replacement.

We had car trouble out of town and saw that Action had good reviews and worked on Volvos. They also provide transportation which is awesome ride with a nice lady who works in the office. They fixed our timing belt and water pump in less than a day so we could get back on the road. I would highly recommend Action .
