Took my vehicle in for a sunroof leak. A week or so later it was leaking again, so they checked it out again. Went on vacation and upon our return, we noticed that it was still leaking. (Pretty frustrated by this time) Emailed them about my situation and they had me bring it again. Third time was the charm! They vowed to get to the bottom of my leak and they did! Thank you so much for going above and beyond! Appreciate all your hard work.

I had a lot of problems with my car. I had gotten it for only $400 off of Craigslist, so it was expected, but I didn't know to what extent all of the damage had caused. After steam was pouring from my vents from a coolant leak, I took it in to Action Automotive. They were very quick to diagnose each problem, and I was blown away by how quickly they got everything done. They didn't seem to mind me calling them to ask random questions as a follow up as well. Overall I was very pleased. They took care of me and my car. And I couldn't be happier. Will definitely be going to them for any car trouble from here on out.

Very professional excellent service

Had a wonderful time doing business with everyone at Action Automotive. Brian did a great job explaining just what exactly was wrong with my car and gave great advice on where to go from there with the known info.

Really good experience even though they didn't fix my car. I have a 2016 VW which is still in warranty. I went to Action for some strange sounds in my air-condition system. they helped me for free and told me what is the purpose problem. Then they gave a recommend that to find another tech who work in dealership. It really helped me. I will definitely come back again.

I've been going here for several years for work on 3 different cars, and they've always done great work. Very friendly and helpful. A major repair was done well and quickly. On two occasions, their ~$100 used car inspections gave me confidence in the car and bargaining power to lower the price by more than the cost of the inspection.

I stopped by Action Automotive to ask them about a strange sound with my car. One of the technicians promptly took a drive around the block with me, free of charge, to check out the issue. The next week, I took my vehicle in for a proper routine inspection. Craig and the others were friendly, informative, and addressed the concerns I had. Additionally, they charged me a very fair price for the work and were transparent about the work they did. They gave me relevant documentation about the original sound issue, and sent me on my way with peace of mind. Overall, a very professional, friendly, and fair experience from start to finish. I am new to Oregon and the Eugene area, and will definitely be taking my car back to Action Automotive if and when I have any issues!Mark
