My experience with Action Auto was exemplary, from the staff, Brian and Roma in the front office, to the mechanics who performed the service on my car. I had a lot of work done and am so pleased with how my car runs. I do a lot of freeway driving, and now feel confident on long drives. I appreciate the friendly and fast service.

I made an appointment to have my car's oil changed. I arrived for my appointment and Roma gave me a ride home. Everything was checked out and the car was ready in the early afternoon. A very easy transaction, thank you.

Took my vehicle in for a sunroof leak. A week or so later it was leaking again, so they checked it out again. Went on vacation and upon our return, we noticed that it was still leaking. (Pretty frustrated by this time) Emailed them about my situation and they had me bring it again. Third time was the charm! They vowed to get to the bottom of my leak and they did! Thank you so much for going above and beyond! Appreciate all your hard work.
