The time has come that I needed to introduce "Big Bertha" ( F350 Dually) to the crew at Action Auto. Been experiencing some intermittent starting issues and called and got an appointment slot the next day (your results may vary) and realized that I was lucky. Action Auto has taken amazing care of my Bronco and F350 and I have ZERO reservations taking my vehicles are referring my friends to them.

Great service. Last minute call for a pre purchase inspection and they were able to fit us In within 24 hours. My gf used them a year before we did and it was her very positive experience as a then single woman that led us use Action Automotive for our inspection. So many small touches that make a big difference. Plain talk to those of us not inclined in automotive mechanics. $25 discount off cost for being a referral. 50% less charge on all other pre purchase inspections if I did not end up buying the xterra I was looking at. Great customer and automotive service. Definitely recommend them.

One of the best auto mechanic experiences I have ever had!! John was extremely calm and helpful. The team here is extremely nice and knowledgeable. After my car broke down in the mountains I had it towed to Action. They were able to quickly advise on my engine issue and talk through next steps with me. I highly recommend the team working here and will be bringing my vehicles to get serviced here moving forward!
