Owner Craig communicates often and well. Somehow makes routine service feel like a summer BBQ with friends. In the sea of shops that exist in the bell curve around Eugene, with Craig at the helm + on his knees in the floorboard of my car scanning fault codes himself, his shop shines brightly as the place to be. Good character, integrity, generosity...in a positively old fashioned way. Pleasant interactions, every time. Simply extraordinary. Our 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander had a crack in the radiator: Action Automotive worked with me to ensure same-day repairs. A few weeks later, when the battery died, they were able to squeeze me in and again ensure a same day repair. They were also kind enough to do a spot check on a work truck that came back from the field a bit bruised. Excellent communication regarding anticipated and actual costs for service and just really nice folks to work with.
