Brought our family vehicle in for a mysterious noise. It was diagnosed, the part replaced, another service done, and the applicable cost billed to insurance all in 8 hours. Customer and automotive service were both great!

One of the first car repairs where the bill was less than the estimate! Craig took lots of time to explain the repair details and how to avoid it in the future. It relieved me to know he is a fan of my car brand and his wealth of knowledge made me feel better about a stressful situation.

Craig said it would purr like a kitten, as it does. Still ain't had it out on I-5, I'll know more then. What I do know is that the staff at Action Automotive is professional and courteous all around. I'd recommend them to anyone on those two qualities alone.✌️

I’ve been coming to Action Automotive for about a year and a half now. I love how they’re always honest about what needs work, what can wait, and what could be done but isn’t necessary. They also explain really well when I’m confused about a car issue. Today I had a few coupons from them and they worked it to get me the most off my service possible. Definitely the best place I’ve been too and the only place I would trust my car at.
