THESE GUYS ROCK!!!! I've taken my Honda Civic to these guys a few times. I've been completely satisfied with them every time. What impresses me is that I took my car in to get the brakes fixed, but they called me back to let me know that the brakes were fine, they were just dirty, so they put something on them to make em stop squeaking. They easily could have just gone through with the brake job and charged me way more, but instead they were honest and it saved me a lotta money. I just took my car in again for a bad alternator because the battery was not charging and they said i just had a bad connection at the battery.They didn't even charge me. I will always remember this service these guys are simply the best. I will always recommend this shop to everyone i know.

LOOK NO FURTHER! These guys are awesome! I'm new to Eugene and just had some major issues with my truck. I used Action Auto because of the good reviews here on google... Over the years, I've used a lot of mechanics - some good experiences, some bad, most just forgettable. Action Auto is none of the above, THEY ARE GREAT! Craig was really upfront, extremely nice (and welcoming since we're new to Eugene), and fixed the truck FAST. They went above and beyond in terms of checking over the whole truck, topping off where needed, etc. A few weeks later now, the truck is running great! I'd never go to another mechanic in Eugene. Trustworthy, honest, quick, fair, good communication, friendly. Honestly the best mechanic I've ever met. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended!
