Fast, efficient, friendly. Very friendly and personable. I felt like the employees listened to my concerns and actually cared about fixing my car. Service was pretty quick. There was a minor issue at pick-up time, but it was instantly rectified. An employee even offered his cell number on a holiday weekend, in case I had any troubles. Thankfully, I did not have to use it. Price felt a little high, but I justified it with their impressive 24 month/24,000 mile national warranty - on parts AND labor! Hopefully never have to use it, but it leaves me more confident and reassured. Planning to rate online in a few months, once I have put some miles on the repairs. Thanks AA team!
