Excelent service every step of the way. Action Automotive went above and beyond for me when I was in town for work. Drove me to and from work while they fixed my 2016 Subaru Outback, there guy Brian provided top notch customer service, fixed my car like it was a priority, didn't gouge my pocket book, and at the end of the day the owner texted me to thank me for my servicea! I couldn't have been happier with this team.

Thank you so much for finding the problem with the blower motor and cleaning it out, and getting my pick up back to me as fast as you did.

We have been taking our 2006 Scion xB to Action Automotive since 2013 and have never thought of looking for a different Auto Repair/Service Shop to go to. They have great mechanics and we always trust them to fix or replace whatever is needed when we drop off our vehicle. The staff is very friendly and always explains everything that was done to your vehicle to keep it in top shape. I have no reservations recommending Action Automotive to anyone who needs auto work done or to get their car's scheduled maintenance checkup.

Whenever I have car issues or in need of a tune up/oil change, I go to Action. Brian always maps out the exact service being performed and tells it straight forward. Was first referred to by a friend and now will never choose any other mechanic for my VW.

I have used Action Automotive a few times now, and every time I leave very happy with the fair prices, and above and beyond customer service. They even offer free rides so that you are not stuck there waiting for your car! I trust this company with my vehicle and will definitely be returning.

I was in Eugene to take my son to IntroDUCKtion. My car just stopped working when I got to my hotel. I was able to get it to Action the next day and they took great care of it! They even gave us a ride to and from the college!!! Friendly, courteous and honest! I highly recommend!
