I was very happy with their ability to quickly find and fix a problem on our 2000 Bug. A hose was loose preventing it from running properly. They applied the $118 inspection to the resolution and I only ended up paying $103 because the counter assist found a coupon for us. Will go back for any future repairs.

My teen son was looking around for his first car to buy. On several occasions, I called Action Automotive to ask questions about specific cars my son was considering. The owner of Action Automotive was always very willing to take time to give me his professional opinion about the cars. Eventually, we took a car here for a pre-purchase inspection and my son ended up buying the car. My son will definitely take his new (used) car to Action Automotive for service and repairs!
