John & Craig were amazing to work with. They got my Mini back on the road in a flash, professional, thorough, up front and honest. Craig even stayed over an hour so that i could get off work and come pick it up when it was ready on a Friday evening. (Wasn't expecting it to be ready till Monday.) Active Automotive quickly identified the issue and another unknown issue (leaking water pump). They showed us visual proof of the issues. The estimate was fair.They were time efficient with the repairs. We live in Portland, but we feel like we found an honest repair shop while we were in Eugene for a family visit.
