Another mechanic told us our 2010 Prius was totalled. I called Action Automotive for a second opinion and Craig talked me through possible options that they could do that would fix the vehicle at a more reasonable cost. We brought them the vehicle and they were able to fix it for 1/3rd the cost of the other place. They were honest and straightforward. We plan to bring our cars here from now on.

Craig and John are very professional and honest. They have a lot to overcome what with local car dealers telling people they need things they don't need. So, go to them FIRST.

I own several cars and go through them kind of fast since I drive a lot. I started taking my cars to Action Automotive about 3 years ago for regular maintenance and occasional repairs. They always treat me fairly, are super reliable and timely. They make everything easy and I can count on them to find the problem and fix it right. It can be hard to find a shop you can trust and I feel blessed that they are so close by and willing to tackle any problem at a reasonable price.
