Amazing.....Loaned my truck to bro in law Dean to take to a family gathering in Oregon.Just outside Eugene the tranny starts malfunctioning. Found Action Automotiveon google. Craig (owner) answered the phone at 5:10pm on a Friday....I'm impressed already. He was more than happy to help us, and did. He lined us upwith AAA towing and Enterprise Rental co. Got the truck to his shop later Fridayevening. They worked on the truck Monday and had it ready to go first thing Tuesday.Gave me detailed info on the truck issues and solved them. Super friendly helpfuland didn't rip me off. Highly recommend this awesome business...Thanks Craig

My car went into the shop having some issues and they didn't even charge me to look at it. It was leaking oil and in need of some serious TLC. Brian called me only after a few hours and said there was 1200 dollars worth of work that needed to be done. I agreed to the repair and when I arrived the following day to pick my vehicle up the bill was only 850.00. This is a shop I can trust and will be back in the future!

Fast, efficient, friendly. Very friendly and personable. I felt like the employees listened to my concerns and actually cared about fixing my car. Service was pretty quick. There was a minor issue at pick-up time, but it was instantly rectified. An employee even offered his cell number on a holiday weekend, in case I had any troubles. Thankfully, I did not have to use it. Price felt a little high, but I justified it with their impressive 24 month/24,000 mile national warranty - on parts AND labor! Hopefully never have to use it, but it leaves me more confident and reassured. Planning to rate online in a few months, once I have put some miles on the repairs. Thanks AA team!
