Ben and Johnny provided excellent service. I called last week asking for an appointment this week because I noticed a nasty sounding clicking coming from the engine at idle and I have a road trip coming up. Ben squeezed me in first thing Monday. I arrived and showed it to Johnny, one of the techs, and he explained and demonstrated that it was a sensor I recently had replaced on the vehicle by a different mechanic and that it was functioning normally. Wow! Saved me an engine inspection. I got a synthetic oil change with filter replacement. It came with the most thorough inspection I've ever received and included pictures. The car was done by lunch with a morning drop off. Great experience all around.

I have never found a more professional, responsive, or competent mechanic shop than Action Automotive. Craig and his team have serviced my cars for nearly 15 years. I call with a problem, and I take my car in that same day: I have never had to leave my car for more than one day, and the problem is always solved at a reasonable price and with no surprises. The best mechanic in Oregon, hands down!

I was visiting my daughter. She liked them because they did good work and didn't talk down to her b/c is female. The oil pan shield on my Honda partially ripped off. They got right on it, were helpful, and refitted in. 700 miles later all is good.

Wow 20/10 experience. These folks were kind enough to squeeze me in the same day, were incredibly sweet and did amazing work. They even sent a check in text a few days later. Bonus points for the shriek figurines in the waiting room. Amazing folks, amazing service, amazing shop!

Always a good experience with the guys there. While I was there they helped an emergency situation, went over and above inspecting things that they didn't get paid for, it was just the right thing to do.

Always the best service at Action Automotive. I never let anyone touch my cars typically but I never hesitate to reach out to Craig and the crew at Action when I don't have time or a repair is getting the better of me. This last instance my DPF was just over the soot limit after waiting too long to replace a VNT actuator on my TDI. My own software didn't have the modules necessary to run a DPF regen. My technician Johnny spent longer than necessary trying to get the car to regen after a couple of days of trying different options. He finally found a way to make it work and the car is driving normally again and way less than the cost of a new DPF and labor. I don't care what you drive give Action Automotive a call if you want trustworthy technicians that will go above and beyond to get you back on the road! Thanks as always!
