I feel like the staff is competent, honest and friendly. We had a tricky repair but they worked to keep the cost down and repair our car as quickly as possible.

I've taken all my vehicles to Action Automotive over the years. Today I was very pleased when they determined the distributor they'd replaced 1.5 years ago was still under warranty. They replaced it quickly at no charge and sent me on my way. Great service!

I’m really impressed with Action Automotive. They were able to get me in quick and did an excellent job repairing my brakes. They even called me an Uber to drop me off and pick me up from home while they did the repairs. I got my car back in just 4 hours and the staff was so friendly. I highly recommend them!

This place is great. We had a Brake Booster warning light and intermittent brake failures on our 3rd Gen Prius. We immediately brought it into the dealer to get proper diagnosis. Dealer gave diagnosis, repair cost and turnaround...they said it would be more than a week and a half to get the part and about $3,500. Not able to spend that much on a rental, I googled Prius Repair and found Action Auto. I talk to Johnny and he was able to do the proper repair for $1500 cheaper and about 5 days earlier. He went out of his way to suggest an additional test to rule out the full repair suggested by the dealer. Turns out that in fact the car only needed the one part replaced vs. the two part dealer quote. It's 90 days later and the car runs great with no problems. We have done additional maintenance with Action Auto since. Thanks again!
