Twice over the years, Action Automotive has correctly diagnosed problems the first time that other "reputable" garages around the Eugene area have gotten wrong - costing me thousands in unnecessary repairs. Once, the problem was a $20 dry-rotted vacuum line. That testifies to the honesty of Craig and Action Automotive.

I needed a timing belt service. Jon was really easy to talk to about car stuff. Calm and reassuring always. Never pushy. Very detailed notes about next steps for the car.
