As a female car owner, I am always wary of mechanics who try to scalp people who are less knowledgeable about cars. These guys are trustworthy and excellent at what they do. I came once for some repair work on my Prius, and I've returned several times since then. I don't use any other mechanic anymore! I can't recommend them highly enough.

Action Automotive has always taken care of my Audi Q7 (and Audi A3). They are closer and far less expensive that the Audi Service Dept in Wilsonville and do just as good a job. On top of that Craig and John are super friendly, professional and let me know when and how to save money on repairs when possible. I am grateful they are in Eugene!

Twice over the years, Action Automotive has correctly diagnosed problems the first time that other "reputable" garages around the Eugene area have gotten wrong - costing me thousands in unnecessary repairs. Once, the problem was a $20 dry-rotted vacuum line. That testifies to the honesty of Craig and Action Automotive.
