Had a drive train issue with my Volt that turned out to be fixable by a software update (it was the subject of a recall that I had either missed our foolishly neglected to take care of). They were able to fit me in (this was right before Christmas and all the dealers I called were unable to fit me in before I had to make the return trip to the Seattle area). They took care of it no problem and the cost struck me as very reasonable. Very helpful and pleasant throughout.
